Tsinghua University National Education Program for Future Leaders 2010
Activity Introduction
During the program, students can have lessons in Tsinghua University, one of the most world-renowned institutions in China, to experience the Tsinghua culture. They can gain a deeper understanding of the politics, economy, diplomacy, military, the Basic Law and the practice of “one country, two systems”. Moreover, they would have a discussion with List of political parties in the People's Republic of China and visit Olympic buildings to experience the unprecedented magnificence of the Beijing Olympics. Most importantly, they can communicate with the students of Tsinghua University to develop friendships.
There are also many special visits, like the military performance of the Liberation Army and the flag-raising ceremony in Tiananmen Square. Besides, they can also visit the Museum of the War of Chinese People's Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Lugou Bridge and the Great Wall.
