Interflow and Study Tour for Nanjing and Hong Kong Young Leaders 2009

Building the future of our motherland together

Nanjing, which is called Six Dynasties the ancient capital, distributes strong cultural atmosphere, and is a famous historical city outstanding people. As the capital of Jiangsu Province, Nanjing is also a place mixing ancient culture and modern culture. With a closer and closer relationship between China and Hong Kong, Hong Kong youth of new generation must master abundant national knowledge in order to grasp with the opportunity and meet the challenge brought by the merging of Mainland and Hong Kong. And as young leader of Hong Kong society, to learn about the motherland has become imperative.
By a series of activities such as interflow, study tour, visit, lecture,
"Interflow and study tour for Nanjing and Hong Kong young leaders 2009" lets Hong Kong young people travel to Nanjing to enhance their understanding of Chinese modern history and the development of culture and society, and thus strengthen their sense of belonging, sense of mission and sense of national identity.

Characteristic

  1. Visit Historical sites; enhance cognition of Chinese modern history.
  2. Visit Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall; realize Chinese ethnic peoples’ history of tears of blood.
  3. Lectures on national situations in camp, know the Chinese ethnic peoples’ road to prosperity.
  4. Team sharing session, share thoughts in camp with young counterparts.
