National Education Seminar for Teachers in Hong KongTopic: Three Agricultural Issues of China China has always been a big agricultural country. Although China has become the world's third-largest economy, more than half of the population is farmers. Three Agricultural Issues (peasants, agriculture and countryside) is always difficult issue which China government is confronting. In recent years, our country has carried out lots of policies with far-reaching influence including tax exemption and compulsory education stage fees exemption in order to alleviate the Three Agricultural Issues. This national education seminar makes the participants know more about the lives of peasants, contribution of countryside and development of agriculture, have deeper understanding of China’s policy on Three Agriculture Issues. This will provide more material for the participants which will help them promote national education at school.
